Ready Income Sites ("we," "us" or "our") is a service operated by Vector Collective LLC. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website, checkout, members area and support pages, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information we collect
- Account and order information: your name, email address, phone number and billing address when you buy or create an account.
- Payment information: handled by the payment processor shown at checkout. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Support information: what you send us through our support form, email or phone, including statement amounts and dates.
- Verification and prequalification information: your name, email address, phone number and other identifiers, used for identity verification and soft credit prequalification as described below.
- Usage information: pages you visit, features you use and actions you take on our platform.
- Device and tracking information: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, cookies and similar tools used for analytics, attribution and advertising.
- Text message consent records: if you opt in, we keep your mobile number, the time, your IP address and the consent wording you agreed to.
How we use your information
- To deliver your purchase and run your account and hosted sites.
- To process payments, refunds and receipts.
- To schedule your onboarding call and answer support requests.
- To send service updates, login reminders, onboarding messages and, if you opted in, marketing by email or text.
- To verify your identity and, if financing is offered to you by phone, to prequalify you or match you with offers through a soft credit inquiry.
- To improve the platform and measure our advertising.
- To prevent fraud, meet legal duties and enforce our Terms of Use.
Text messages
If you give your mobile number and opt in, we may send recurring marketing and service text messages, including login reminders, onboarding notices and occasional offers. Consent is not required to buy. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
We do not sell your phone number. We do not share your mobile number or your text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
Email choices
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You can also email support@readyincomesites.com and ask to be removed. We still send messages needed for your purchase, your account, refunds and support.
Identity verification and prequalification (soft credit inquiries)
We may process your information, including hashed identifiers, for identity verification and financing prequalification. Financing is optional and is offered by phone. Prequalification uses a soft credit inquiry, which does not affect your credit score.
- We use third party providers for identity verification, lead qualification and prescreening, and the soft inquiry providers that work with them.
- Soft credit inquiries do not affect your credit score and other lenders cannot see them.
- We may send hashed or encrypted identifiers (for example, a hashed email address) to these providers instead of your raw personal data.
- You keep your right under the Fair Credit Reporting Act to opt out of prescreened offers. To opt out, visit the official site at optoutprescreen.com or call 1-888-5-OPT-OUT (1-888-567-8688), the toll free number given in the FCRA notice.
- Ready Income Sites is not a consumer reporting agency and does not store or transmit consumer credit report data. Third party providers do every soft inquiry.
Device and browser identifiers
When you visit our website, log in, register or open one of our emails, we or our service providers may access device and browser identifiers and other technical details to personalize your experience and improve our marketing. This can include hashed email addresses, cookies, IP addresses and fingerprinting technologies.
Who we share information with
We share only the information needed for these providers to do their work for us:
- Payment processors: to process orders, upgrades and refunds.
- Verification and prequalification providers: for identity verification, lead qualification, enrichment and soft credit prequalification.
- Email and text message providers: to deliver receipts, account messages and marketing you agreed to.
- Hosting and database providers: to run the platform and your sites.
- Analytics and advertising partners: to understand traffic and measure our ads.
- Authorities or advisers: when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and prevent fraud.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar tools to keep you logged in, remember your choices, measure traffic and measure advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work without them.
How long we keep information
We keep account and order records while your account is open and for as long as tax, accounting and legal duties require after it closes. Text message consent records are kept as proof of consent.

Your rights
